Our Online Consultation Service is Changing
We Are Moving to Accurx Triage
Central Uxbridge Surgery would like to inform all patients that we will soon be changing our online consultation and triage service from PATCHS to Accurx Triage.
Why is this changing?
This change is being made following a commissioning decision by the North West London Integrated Care Board (ICB).
Practices across the London Borough of Hillingdon were asked to vote for their preferred online consultation platform from the following providers:
- PATCHS
- Accurx
- eConsult
- Blinx
Following the voting process, Accurx Triage received the majority of votes and has been selected as the borough-wide online digital front door.
What does this mean for patients?
Using Accurx is simple and easy.
Unlike PATCHS, ou do not need to create or remember a unique username or password.
To submit an online request
- Visit our practice website.
- Click on the Accurx Triage link.
- Enter your personal details, including your name and date of birth.
- Complete the online form.
As long as you are registered with Central Uxbridge Surgery, your request will be sent securely to our practice team.
We aim to respond to all online triage requests within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
We are here to help
We understand that changing to a new system may take some time to get used to.
Our team is committed to supporting all patients during this transition. If you need any assistance accessing or using Accurx Triage, please do not hesitate to contact the practice. A member of our team will be happy to help you.
Thank you for your understanding, patience and continued support as we introduce this new service to improve the way you access care.
