Dr Rackham will be retiring

We would like to inform you that Dr Rackham will be retiring from Central Uxbridge Surgery at the end of July 2025.

Dr Rackham has been a highly respected and much-loved member of our team for many years. Her dedication, compassion, and commitment to patient care have made a lasting impact on both colleagues and the local community. We are incredibly grateful for her service and all that she has contributed to the surgery. She will be greatly missed, and we wish her the very best in her well-earned retirement.

We are pleased to let you know that Dr Abas will be taking over the care of Dr Rackham’s patients. Dr Abas joined Central Uxbridge Surgery in May 2025 and brings with him a wealth of experience in general practice, with a strong focus on patient-centred care, chronic disease management, and preventative health. He is already proving to be a valued member of our team, and we are confident that our patients will be in excellent hands.
